1. Introduction
Welcome to Donna's Beauty Salon. By booking an appointment or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients and visitors of Donna's.
2. Appointments and Deposits

Booking: Appointments can be made in person, over the phone, or through our online booking system. Please provide accurate contact information when booking.

Deposit Requirement: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Cancellation Policy: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If you cancel your appointment within this time frame, your deposit will not be refunded.

Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for their appointment may need to reschedule, and a late arrival fee may apply. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but this may not always be possible.
3. Pricing and Payment

Prices: All prices for services are listed on our website and are subject to change without notice.

Payment Methods: We accept cash, major credit/debit cards, and mobile payment methods. The remaining balance after the deposit is due upon completion of the service.

Gratuity: Gratuities are not included in our service prices but are appreciated.
4. Gift Certificates and Vouchers

Purchase: Gift certificates and vouchers are available for purchase and can be used for any of our services.

Validity: All gift certificates and vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

Non-Refundable: Gift certificates and vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Health and Safety

Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for informing their stylist/therapist of any health conditions, allergies, or sensitivities that could affect their service. Donna's is not liable for any adverse reactions that occur due to undisclosed health conditions.

Sanitation: We adhere to strict sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for our clients and staff.
6. Personal Belongings

Liability: Donna's is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought into the salon. Clients are encouraged to keep their valuables with them at all times.
7. Children and Pets

Children: For safety reasons, we kindly ask that children are supervised at all times. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult during appointments.

Pets: Pets are not allowed in the salon, with the exception of service animals.
8. Privacy Policy

Data Collection: We collect and store client information such as names, contact details, and service history to provide a personalized experience. We do not share this information with third parties without your consent.

Marketing: By providing your contact information, you agree to receive promotional materials from Donna's. You may opt-out at any time by contacting us directly.
9. Refunds and Complaints

Services: If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so that we can address your concerns. Refunds for services are not typically provided, but we will work to rectify any issues.

Products: Unopened and unused products can be returned within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt for a full refund.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Donna's reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and in the salon.
11. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of United Kingdom.
